Waler filly, DOB 4/11/2007.  Bay with white feather-like star on forehead and white sock onside hind.  Will mature as medium type about 15.2+hh.  Being born just after the 90th Anniversary of the Australian Light Horse’s legendary Battle of Beersheba, the last great cavalry ride, to capture the wells of Beersheba during WWI, we looked for a name that was synonymous with that date and the name Sarai was suggested as the water Wells are known as Sarai’s Wells, so Aranda Sarai she is.  Sarai is a very pretty and beautifully conformed strong filly with the “I am” factor, excellent exciting athletic movement, an inquisitive friendly and alert personality interested in everything going on around her.  Should mature into a big strong versatile riding horse suited to any equine pursuit and as future high quality Waler brood mare.

Waler filly, DOB 4/11/2005.  Very attractive chestnut filly with white blaze, four white socks and flaxen mane and tail.  Expected to mature 14.3-15hh. The last foal born to Talara’s famous original Foundation Waler brood mare, Aranda Lady (Kelpie) who produced many outstanding progeny that have gone on to excel in a myriad of equine disciplines across the country.  Omega was orphaned at 2 ½ months however she has proved to be a very independent and capable foal with great survival instincts.  Now at 2 years she has grown into a beautiful filly with a calm friendly temperament, with excellent conformation, good following movement with well adjusted paces.  Omega should mature into a very stylish mare and with her excellent breeding, she would do well in many disciplines and make an exceptional broodmare.  A special horse for a special buyer.

Waler colt, DOB 18/10/2006, Mahogany Bay, small star and one rear white sock with 2 ermine spots.  Will mature light/medium type expected to mature 15.2-16.0hh.  Ari Burnu is a stylish Waler type with friendly temperament, suited to performance and stud.  He was named after the historic place at Gallipoli where the Australian Light Horsemen fought so courageously in WWI, known in English as The Neck.  Ari lives up to his name, he is courageous, has style and temperament that is consistent with keeping him entire to go on as a working stallion.  He has beautiful movement, excellent conformation, wonderful temperament, inquisitive personality, goes well in the herd, will develop into a good riding horse for many equine pursuits.
